Our story
Working in and around the transport industry, we kept running into the same problem: the software managing millions of pounds of operator payments and franchise contracts was outdated, fragile, and painful to use. The people relying on it deserved better.
So we built better. The Operator Payment Calculator and Contract Management System are our first two products — purpose-built to replace legacy tooling with something fast, reliable, and maintainable.
We don't plan to stop at transport. CisiumIQ is a software company first. We'll keep finding the gaps where good tooling is missing and filling them.

Manage bus franchise contracts from creation to expiry. Document storage, full-text search, approval workflows, audit logging, and integration with the payment calculator — built for teams who need visibility and control.

Ryan is a full-stack developer and software engineer with over 10 years of experience building web applications and complex backend systems. He leads the technical architecture at CisiumIQ and has been the driving force behind the OPC and CMS platforms.
